DOUGIE'S DREAMS

At 6pm on 8th June 2024 we said a final good night to our Dougie, forever our Prince of Darkness. He was keeping us on our toes as servants for seventeen years. We miss your huge purry cuddles, your nightly kneading, stealing our hearts and stealing our food. You loved your home, you loved time with your Richard and with Becci and Ralphie, and you loved the freedom of Wales. You finally used up all of your nine lives and probably more. Sadly it quickly all became too hard to carry on, and that heart, little legs and toe beans got incredibly tired. Until we meet again sweet boy, sleep well our black panther.

Thanks to Facebook friends I have raised £100 in memory of Dougie. My dream is that there will be less stray cats, with the luckiest of cats fed and cared for properly in loving homes. Let's make that dream happen together!

Please have a look at Becci's Bequest page in October and November 2024, as we have raised further funds enabling a family of kittens and mum to have support and essential flea and worming treatments before adoption. Craft goodies were also sent to support Pussy Cat Lodge Trust at their Christmas Fair. Dougie's legacy continues!
